Linden Digital Marketing is a growing agency, focused on building dedicated partnerships with 7 figure businesses, helping them define their place in the digital world. We provide the opportunity to work anywhere in the world remotely. We’re currently hiring for 3 Spring Co-Ops. Summer 2025 Co-Op’s will be posted in April, but you can apply early.

Process

  1. Determine the position that fits your skill set and career goals.

  3. After applying, you’ll be taken to a skills test. Please complete the skills test by 11/01/25.
  4. We will be reviewing all applications and skill tests 11/04/24. 
  5. Interviews will be held 11/08/24 with top candidates with your future manager. 
  6. Group interviews for finalists will be scheduled the following week. 
  7. Final decisions are 11/15/24.

Open Postions

Design Co-Op (UI/UX Web Design)

We are seeking a Design Co-Op with a passion for UI/UX web design to join our creative team. In this role, you will assist with designing intuitive and user-friendly websites, creating wireframes, and refining user experiences. You’ll collaborate with developers and designers to bring concepts to life and ensure a seamless user journey. Proficiency in platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Elementor is a plus.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain hands-on experience in designing user-centric websites.
  • Learn how to create wireframes and prototypes that drive conversion and engagement.
  • Develop skills in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers.
  • Understand how to use popular web platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Elementor.

 

Content Co-Op (Organic Social Media & Copywriting)
Our team is looking for a Content Co-Op to assist with organic social media management, email marketing, and copywriting. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling social posts, writing engaging email campaigns, and supporting the development of content strategies. This role offers the chance to refine your storytelling skills and gain hands-on experience in driving brand engagement. Experience with social platforms and email marketing tools is preferred.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop skills in creating content strategies for organic social media and email campaigns.
  • Learn how to write persuasive copy that engages audiences across multiple channels.
  • Gain experience in using social media management and email marketing tools.

Paid/Data Co-Op (Paid Digital Advertising & Reporting)
We are hiring a Paid/Data Co-Op with a focus on paid digital advertising and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms while analyzing data in tools like Google Analytics. This role involves creating ad strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing to achieve the best results. Familiarity with digital ad platforms and data analysis is ideal.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Develop proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other popular advertising platforms.
  • Learn how to analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Understand how to adjust strategies based on performance data to improve ROI.

Marketing E-Commerce Account Manager

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing E-Commerce Account Manager with a strong background in Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Shopping, and Meta Shopping & Catalog Ads. In this role, you will manage client accounts, optimize e-commerce strategies, and drive sales growth through data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing e-commerce platforms, setting up and optimizing shopping campaigns, and delivering results across various digital advertising channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize client e-commerce accounts on Shopify and WooCommerce

To qualify for this position, you need to be capable of managing 10 internal clients project management and strategy and specialize in two digital marketing channels Linden offers. You would drive strategy and execute most of the clients tactics, while being able to assign tasks to other employees based on workload and specialty.  

$60,000–$80,000 annual salary, 10 paid holidays, 20 days vacation and 5 sick days, work from home forever, and paid healthcare with options for a spouse/family. Vacation time is immediately available, no accrual process.

Digital Marketing Data Analyst

About the Position:

You will be in charge of managing all aspects of data analysis for Linden’s clients. This includes building and maintaining client facing reports, ad hoc deep dive analysis to find points of leverage to optimize marketing campaigns, as well as managing CRM environments for our clients. Additionally, you will assist in developing and maintaining internal data infrastructure and reporting to continue to make Linden a Data Driven Organization.

 Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with paid search, content, and strategy specialists to plan, build, and optimize digital marketing initiatives in support of key business initiatives.
  • Meet with clients to learn more about their business, their goals, and their pain points with their current marketing and what they hope to achieve. 
  • Communicate frequently and clearly with clients, manage timelines, and meet project deadlines. 
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to make your position replicable to them as you move toward higher positions.
  • Stay current on industry trends.

Requirements: 

  • Strong Data Analysis skills with proficiency in these coding languages/software tools:
    • Looker Studio

  • 2–5 years of Google Analytics experience, including reporting for clients and installation of Google Analytics on websites via Google Tag Manager.
  • 2–5 years of experience working professionally at a digital marketing agency or at an internal data analyst role.
  • Experience in BI tools, preferably Looker Studio.
  • Experience in CRM Administration (Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform particularly Big Query or other Cloud Data Warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake).
  • Experience using Python for Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and ETL.
