Digital Media Designer (Website Development)

The Digital Media Designer plays a key role in executing and optimizing creative assets and website development projects that drive measurable results for clients. This position focuses on developing assets across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email, display advertising, and printed media. The Designer will work closely with internal teams to align strategies with client goals and ensure assets are built to Linden’s highest standard and delivered on time.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in design for digital platforms, including websites and social media.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and design principles such as typography, formatting, and structure.
  • Working knowledge of software such as Canva, WordPress, Elementor, and Shopify.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices a plus.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive designs that align with campaign goals and brand messaging. Assist teams in loading ads and launching campaigns.
  • Develop visually compelling content: Create engaging visual assets for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements while maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
  • UX/UI design: Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Conceptualize visuals: Collaborate on brainstorming and concept development for digital marketing initiatives, such as campaigns, including landing pages, banners, and video assets.
  • Optimize designs for digital performance: Ensure that all visual content is optimized for web performance, including image compression, responsive design, and accessibility.
  • Print design: Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and posters, ensuring high-quality outputs for both digital and physical production.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on design trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative and relevant design solutions.
  • Time and project management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visual content within set deadlines.
  • Internal Functions: Contribute to internal discussions on improving agency processes and tools, support other team members by sharing knowledge and best practices, and complete additional tasks as assigned to ensure the success of campaigns and the agency.

Social Media Marketing Specialist

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms through the creation and management of high-quality content, including posts, reels, videos, contests, and more. This role focuses on growing the client’s social media presence, increasing followers, and ensuring content resonates with target audiences. The Social Media Specialist will work closely with clients to develop and execute dynamic social media strategies that align with the client’s goals while staying ahead of trends in the digital landscape.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proof of social media success: must submit examples of work and links to social media accounts managed.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and content trends (especially reels, short-form video, and interactive content).
  • Experience with social media management tools (Post Planning, Marketing Calendars) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles and digital marketing best practices is a plus.

Essential Functions

Client Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their brand voice, objectives, and target audience.
  • Present and explain social media strategies, provide regular performance updates, and offer recommendations based on insights from social media analytics.
  • Work directly with clients to brainstorm and implement content ideas that increase engagement, followers, and brand loyalty.
  • Directly manage 3–5 organic social media accounts.

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

  • Plan, produce, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, video reels, posts, stories, and contests, that resonate with the target audience and elevate the client’s brand identity.
  • Develop creative, on-brand messaging and multimedia content that drives engagement and encourages sharing.
  • Execute social media campaigns and contests designed to increase followers, promote brand awareness, and generate user interaction.

Video & Reels Creation

  • Create dynamic video content, including Instagram and TikTok reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos, designed to capture attention and increase social media reach.
  • Stay current with trends in video content and viral challenges to incorporate into content strategies.

Engagement & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies for increasing organic social media followers, engagement, and reach.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and interactive community online.

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with the content, design, and paid marketing teams to ensure consistency and quality across all social media content.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate social media strategies with other marketing efforts, such as email marketing and influencer partnerships.

Optimization & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep the client’s social presence fresh and relevant.
  • Identify opportunities for new social media platforms or emerging trends that could enhance engagement and drive growth.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to optimize content performance, identify high-performing content types, and refine strategies.
