For over a decade, Lindsay has proven herself a successful digital marketer who enriches the Rochester community. 

Linden Digital Marketing was founded by Lindsay in 2018 and the company is now a flourishing marketing firm supporting digital marketing strategy, tactics, website development, and more. What began as a one-woman operation has quickly grown into an LLC that employs fourteen marketing experts. Linden has more than doubled in size in each of the last two years. Lindsay was named an RBJ 40 Under 40 Honoree in 2022 and Emerging Tech Woman of the Year by TechRochester in 2023.

When Lindsay isn’t working on her thriving business, she invests her time in raising her two young children, rock climbing, and volunteering as a board member for Journeys of Solutions Inc., St. Ann’s Foundation & Home Acres Brighton. Lindsay loves the Rochester community and gives back through her time, talent, and leadership.

Michele Judkins, Linden Digital Marketing

Michele has been part of the Linden team since its inception, serving some of the same clients for over six years while covering every aspect of digital marketing—including strategy, content creation, graphic design, web development, SEO, and paid search.

Coming from a family of nine, she excels at creating meaningful connections among large groups of people—a skill that fuels growth for both long-standing and emerging Linden clients. Her background in New Media Marketing and Psychology has helped her craft the chef’s kiss customer funnel, ensuring brands connect seamlessly with their ideal audience.

A Rochester native turned Boston transplant, she now spends her time haunting the MFA, cheering on the Celtics, and searching for the next great bodega cat. She dreams of one day owning a home with a 1970s-style conversation pit.

Elyse Mee, Linden Digital Marketing

Director of Marketing

Elyse joined Linden in 2021 as the third full-time hire, playing a key role in driving the company’s growth. With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, she specializes in website strategy, SEO, paid media, content creation, and data analytics—leveraging these skills to elevate both Linden’s brand and its clients across industries like technology, medical, home and garden, construction, law enforcement, and finance.

A Rochester native with a degree in New Media Marketing from RIT, Elyse has always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and strategy. Whether optimizing a website for conversions or crafting a compelling brand campaign, she’s focused on delivering results that matter.

When she’s not deep in marketing mode, you can find her chasing after her one-year-old son, scouting the best IPAs at local breweries, or heading outdoors with her family—always in search of the next adventure.

Amanda DeRoo, Linden Digital Marketing

Amanda DeRoo

Director of Digital Strategy

Amanda joins Linden with over fifteen years of experience in digital marketing. Her background includes search engine optimization, digital campaign planning and execution, and reporting. She also has experience with email marketing, website design, and more. Amanda has spent the majority of her career working in higher education supporting enrollment initiatives. She loves learning new things and working in an industry that involves ever-changing technology and opportunities.

Born and raised in Rochester, Amanda graduated from Nazareth College with a BS degree in Information Technology, then went on to complete her MS degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. When she’s not buried in data or building campaigns, you can find her cozying up with a good book, watching a documentary, or playing with her pack of rescue pups.

Daniele DiPasquale, Linden Digital Marketing

Daniele DiPasquale

Director of Design

Daniele is a graphic designer and web developer, and specializes in user interface and user experience design and digital asset creation. A key objective that is intrinsic to her work is that every single design has the potential to be great—each project deserves design solutions that are well-informed, deliberate, and built to the highest of standards.

She has a diverse background of graphic design experience; her formal training includes print design and production, design for digital platforms, photography, and graphic arts history. This has allowed her to gain skills in many creative fields, and that exposure now helps inform her design decisions in ways that knowledge in only one realm could not.

Daniele enjoys rock climbing, identifying typefaces in the wild, and stands firm in her belief that music peaked in 2005.

Grace Yehl, Linden Digital Marketing

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Linden Digital Marketing, Grace believes that data should be at the core of every marketing decision and enjoys discovering new ways to track website interactions, generate leads, and optimize campaigns.

She specializes in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and digital advertising, using these tools to create data-backed strategies that maximize performance.

Grace has lived in Rochester, NY, for most of her life and earned her BS in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, skiing, and scrolling Pinterest to find things for her cat, Oliver.

Will is a digital marketing specialist at Linden Digital Marketing, specializing in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. He takes an analytical yet experimental approach, constantly testing strategies to optimize performance and uncover industry trends. His passion lies in conversion tracking and ensuring transparent data visibility, empowering businesses to make informed decisions in real time.

With expertise across finance, medical, legal, and higher education industries, Will refines campaign structures to maximize efficiency and ROI. Originally from Maryland and now based in North Carolina, he holds a Master’s in Marketing Analytics from the University of Maryland. When he’s not optimizing digital campaigns, he enjoys surfing, hiking, and keeping up with his energetic Australian Shepherd, Lacy.

Ann-Katherine Candelori, Linden Digital Marketing

Digital Marketing Analyst

Ann-Katherine has over four years of work experience in the tech industry building B2B software products. Her background includes product management, data analytics, product marketing, supply chain, GTM strategy, user research, design thinking, project management and event management.

She is a Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance, and received her Product Manager™, Product Marketing Manager™, AI for Product™, Product Leader™ certifications from Product School. She received her Adaptive Strategic Execution Program Certificate from Duke University – The Fuqua School of Business and Strategic Execution Professional Certification from Duke Corporate Education.

Ann-Katherine graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology Saunders College of Business with a Bachelors of Science degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in Supply Chain Management. Outside of work, she loves traveling, drawing, painting, dancing, and gardening.

Jennifer is a New York City-based paid media analyst. Throughout her various agency experience, she has found a niche in supporting eCommerce brands. She is driven by seeing businesses grow through meaningful insights, which ultimately led her to Linden Digital Marketing.

In addition to paid media, Jennifer enjoys the constant learning and evolving that comes with digital marketing. She enjoys opportunities where she can copywrite and contribute creative direction based on the data she analyzes.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys going to the movies, writing, reading, and thrifting.

Gabrielle Owen, Linden Digital Marketing

Gabrielle is a content marketer that specializes in organic social media, copywriting, and ambassador program development. She takes a data-driven approach to help companies build meaningful connections and trust with their audiences. And as a Dale Carnegie graduate, she prioritizes clear communication and authentic relationships in every aspect of her work.

Her background is star-studded with Rochester icons, including marketing at Seabreeze Amusement Park, gaining firsthand hospitality experience at the Genesee Brew House, and graduating magna cum laude from SUNY Geneseo.

Outside of marketing, Gabrielle loves singing, keeps up with research about mass media’s affects on people, and is still eagerly awaiting a Jurassic Park reboot that finally incorporates the latest paleontological discoveries (like a T. rex with lips).

Demi is a digital content creator with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement. Specializing in social media and copywriting, she brings a strategic-yet-creative approach to crafting compelling digital experiences.

With a background in Language, Media, and Communications and Political Science, her experience spans government communications, small business marketing, and content strategy across various platforms. Engaging with diverse audiences has shaped her ability to create meaningful connections in the digital space.

In her free time, Demi can be found making ultra-specific Spotify playlists, exploring new places, and searching for the perfect chai latte.

Caitlyn Hart, Linden Digital Marketing

Caitlyn Hart

Caitlyn is an expert in user-centered design, specializing in UI/UX design at Linden. She has spent several years studying social analysis, psychology, art, and design between her BA at University of Rochester and MFA at Rochester Institute of Technology.

She has spent her career working on websites and visual assets for a variety of industries including hotels, restaurants, and a spa. While at Linden, Caitlyn has created 2 Platinum and 1 Gold Hermes Creative Award designs for websites and branding.

In her spare time, you can find Caitlyn speaking and communing at Plymouth Spiritualist Church, where she is the Vice President of the board.

Kenzi Doescher, Linden Digital Marketing

Social Media Marketing Specialist

Kenzi is a Social Media Marketing Specialist with a focus on B2C digital marketing for home improvement, leisure, and lifestyle brands. She blends creativity with technical expertise, ensuring that every campaign is both engaging and strategically sound. Her work spans photography, videography, ad campaigns, and social media management, all with the goal of crafting compelling brand narratives and driving meaningful engagement.

With a background in Media Communications and experience as a Division 1 athlete at the University at Buffalo, Kenzi brings a unique perspective to her work—balancing discipline, storytelling, and creative execution. Her early passion for photography and digital media laid the foundation for her approach to content creation today.

Outside of work, Kenzi enjoys spending time outdoors, playing guitar, and re-watching Grey’s Anatomy. She is also the proud owner of a cat named Jack, who, despite his love for laptops, has yet to contribute to a single marketing campaign.

Madeleine Baum, Linden Digital Marketing

Madeleine Baum

Digital Media Designer

Madeleine’s work primarily focuses on graphic and web design, with a specialty in motion design. She works with a variety of clients to craft cohesive campaigns, tailored to match the distinctive tone and style of each brand. As a creative with a technical background, she loves problem solving for code issues and writing custom CSS to better meet each client’s unique needs.

A double RIT alum, Madeleine first earned her BS in the interdisciplinary program Digital Humanities & Social Sciences, with a double minor in Psychology and Digital Literature & Comparative Media. She later went back to earn her MFA in Visual Communication Design.

Madeleine can often be found going for walks in her neighborhood or nearby parks, attending local music shows, listening to records with her cat, or studying the typography on anything within sight. Fun fact, she designed and drew the chalkboard menus at Java’s Cafe.
