Hooverwood Living has long been recognized for exceeding expectations in senior care, offering personalized support through rehabilitation, assisted living, and skilled nursing. In an effort to enhance engagement and accessibility, the organization took on a digital transformation aimed at improving user experience and increasing visibility. Before the relaunch, the website faced challenges like high bounce rates, limited organic search traffic, and low user interaction.
Objectives
Hooverwood Livingβs main objective with this project was to redesign their website to promote increased page visits and inquiries. On top of enhancing the user experience for an older audience while maintaining a clean and simple design. They also wanted to highlight elements of the company’s history, mission, and service.
