The Content Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving multiple companies’ KPIs through organic social media, email, SEO, ambassador programs, and/or photography/videography (specializing in at least one area).
The creation and management of high-quality content will include a combination of:
- Creating social media posts and reels
- Creating emails and email flows
- Implementing SEO best practices and keyword research
- Managing ambassador programs
- On-site photography/videography
This role requires excellent communication, writing, and creative skills. The Content Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Content Team Members and Linden clients to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with the client’s goals. This role also requires a desire for continuous learning within the content marketing field and in emerging industries.

Job Tasks
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Build strong relationships with clients based on trust, communication, and dedication.
- Understand brand voice, business/marketing objectives, and target audience for multiple clients.
- Present and explain marketing strategies, provide regular performance updates, and offer recommendations based on insights from data and analytics.
- Directly manage 10–15 content marketing channels.
- Spearhead reporting and preparing performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, growth, and new opportunities.
COLLABORATION & TEAM SUPPORT
- Work closely with the content, design, and paid marketing teams to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate social media strategies with other marketing efforts, such as email marketing and influencer partnerships.
OPTIMIZATION & INNOVATION
- Stay ahead of content marketing best practices, trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
- Identify opportunities for new marketing opportunities for each client and between clients.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to optimize content performance, identify high-performing content types, and refine strategies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proof of content marketing experience: must submit examples of work.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and content trends (especially reels, short-form video, and interactive content).
- Experience with social media management tools (Post Planning, Marketing Calendars), email marketing tools (Klaviyo, MailChimp, HubSpot), Keyword Research Tools (SEMRush) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.) are a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent writing skills (particularly writing with different brand voices).
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
- Experience creating content for social media and/or experience in other content marketing areas including email, SEO, ambassador programs, and photography/videography.
- Solid understanding of the value of content marketing.
- Detail-oriented and people-oriented.
- A self-starter who enjoys collaborating with others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, communicate challenges and status updates, and deploy on time.
- Creative and resourceful, with an eye for quality content that connects with different audiences.
