Linden Digital Marketing Purchases Office Building in Brighton

Rochester, NY, September 2025 — Linden Digital Marketing is thrilled to announce the purchase of its first physical headquarters, marking a major milestone in the agency’s continued growth and commitment to building strong roots in the Rochester community. The acquisition provides Linden with a two-building property at 1634 Monroe Avenue in Brighton, creating space for its fast-growing team and positioning the agency for future expansion.

Founded in 2018 as a solo consultancy, Linden has since scaled into a nationally recognized marketing agency, serving over 80 clients in industries spanning finance, healthcare, higher education, and beyond. Its new headquarters will serve as a hub for client meetings, collaborative workspaces, and team gatherings.

“When Linden started, it was just me at my kitchen table,” recalls business founder and President Lindsay Connelly. “As we’ve grown, our team (particularly our Gen Z employees) has made it clear that having an in-person space to collaborate and connect really mattered. Purchasing this building is about meeting that need while also planting deeper roots in the Rochester community,” she explains. “It’s a space that will grow with us, support our culture, and welcome clients, partners, and neighbors into the work we love doing.”

The new building reflects Connelly’s vision for Linden’s future. More than just an office, it positions the agency to expand its services, strengthen its culture, and welcome clients and community members alike. The purchase also solidifies Linden’s reputation as one of Rochester’s fastest-growing marketing agencies, continuing to blend content, design, and data to deliver measurable results for clients while investing deeply in the region’s future.

“We’re designing this new headquarters to be more than just office space — it will be a true content house,” says Elyse Mee, Director of Business Development. “With a dedicated podcast studio and creative production areas, our team and clients will have the tools to tell stories in new, dynamic ways. We know that content drives connection, and having these resources in-house means we can experiment, innovate, and produce work that stands out while staying rooted here in Rochester.”

Renovations on the property are already underway and expected to be completed within the next year. True to Linden’s ethos, Connelly plans to involve local trusted partners like Rochester Bath & Kitchen, Messner Flooring, and Cedar + Deed in crafting the new workplace’s design. In the meantime, the team has already rolled up their sleeves — starting with ripping up the carpets — and invites the community to follow along on social media as the transformation unfolds.

This acquisition amplifies Linden’s roots-and-canopy metaphor: deeply grounded in client relationships, and now extending reach through a new physical presence. The milestone was marked in early August with an in-person team gathering, and the Linden team looks forward to welcoming clients, partners, and community members into the space following its official opening in 2026.
