Fall 2026 Digital Marketing Co-Ops

We’re currently starting our search for Fall 2026 Co-Ops (August 17–December 18). Decisions will be made in Summer 2026.

Process

  • Determine the position that fits your skill set and career goals.
  • Apply on the form at the bottom of the page.
  • After applying, you’ll be taken to a skills test. Please complete the skills test by July 15, 2026.
  • We will be reviewing all applications and skill tests in late July.
  • Interviews will be held afterwards with top candidates with your future manager.
  • Group interviews for finalists will be scheduled the following week.
  • Final decisions made by August 03, 2026.

Design Co-Op (Web Development & Digital Design)

We are seeking a Design Co-Op with a passion for web development and digital design to join our creative team. In this role, you will assist with designing intuitive and user-friendly websites and create digital assets for campaigns, social, email, and more. You’ll collaborate with developers and designers to bring concepts to life and ensure consistency across user touchpoints. Proficiency in platforms like WordPress, Elementor, and Shopify is a plus.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain hands-on experience in designing user-centric websites that drive conversions and engagement.
  • Develop skills in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers.
  • Understand how to use popular web platforms like WordPress, Elementor, and Shopify.

Content Co-Op (Organic Social Media & Copywriting)

Our team is looking for a Content Co-Op to assist with organic social media management, email marketing, and copywriting. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling social posts, writing engaging email campaigns, and supporting the development of content strategies. This role offers the chance to refine your storytelling skills and gain hands-on experience in driving brand engagement. Experience with social platforms and email marketing tools is preferred.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop skills in creating content strategies for organic social media and email campaigns.
  • Learn how to write persuasive copy that engages audiences across multiple channels.
  • Gain experience in using social media management and email marketing tools.
  • Understand how to measure the effectiveness of organic campaigns through analytics and engagement data.

Marketing Analytics & Paid Advertising Co-Op

We are hiring a Marketing Analytics & Paid Advertising Co-Op for students interested in data analysis that supports business decision-making. You’ll work closely with our Paid Data Team to manage, analyze, visualize, and apply real campaign data across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics, turning data into strategy that drives measurable results for real clients. You’ll be building live campaigns and using performance data to make business decisions for Linden’s clients, not just running reports.

Learning Objectives:

  • Apply marketing analytics skills to support real businesses and marketing decisions
  • Develop proficiency managing paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
  • Learn to analyze and visualize campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Practice translating data insights into actionable strategy to improve ROI
  • Gain hands-on experience applying contemporary business data in a live agency setting

Everyone at Linden Digital Marketing is cross-trained to best support each other and their primary clients. You do not need to specialize in the following, but experience and excitement to learn these skills will put you at the front of our candidates:

Hours & Pay

Full time, 9am–5pm EST. Hybrid or Remote work available. $16/hr during the allotted Co-Op program period (e.g.: Fall, Spring).
