Tuned Up & Tapped In: Hoochenanny’s High-Spirited Digital Debut

Background

The Hoochenanny Whiskey & Music Festival is a vibrant celebration of American spirits and sound, held in Irondequoit, New York. As the festival entered its second year, organizers sought a bold, interactive online presence to match the event’s high-energy atmosphere. The goal was twofold: rebuild the website to create a seamless, immersive user experience, and amplify reach through Meta Ads to drive awareness, engagement, and ticket sales.

Objectives

In partnership with Amanda Antinore, VP of Marketing Communications at Dalmath Associates, Inc., Linden developed a digital-first strategy that paired web design with full-funnel Meta advertising. Together, we:

  • Designed clear navigation for exploring performers, whiskey vendors, and event highlights.
  • Built and executed a Meta Ads strategy that balanced broad awareness with precise retargeting, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.

Since launching in February 2025, the website has driven remarkable growth across all key performance metrics:

Meta Ads

From March through August 2025, Linden executed a targeted Meta Ads campaign to build awareness and drive ticket sales. Our team not only developed the strategy, but also produced all of the ad creative—from scroll-stopping reels to engaging carousels—featuring whiskey, artists, and festival experiences. Each creative was tuned to its stage of the funnel, balancing early awareness with high-intent remarketing.

Key results:

  • 342% return on ad spend (4.42x ROAS on media spend alone)

  • 103% blended return on investment (2.03x ROAS including management fees)

  • 3.42M impressions → 21,262 clicks (1.39% CTR overall, up to 7% in remarketing campaigns)

  • 228 tracked pass purchases driven by ads

  • $0.42 average cost per click (well below industry benchmarks)
