Digital Marketing Coordinator: Design Co-Op
About the Position:
We are seeking a Full-Time Design Co-Op for Summer 2023. You will report to our Design Team Members and support them in developing creative assets for our current clients.
Some of Your Specific Tasks as a Design Co-Op:
- Collaborate with the Linden design team to…
- Follow Brand Guidelines for multiple clients.
- Create visual assets for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Create Google Slide templates for Internal use.
- Attend client meetings to gain further details to inform design decisions.
- Shadow managers to learn Digital Marketing and Client Management practices.
What You’ll Learn as a Design Co-Op:

- Typography
- Design for Digital Platforms (UI/UX)

Requirements:
- Current college student or entry-level design professional eager to learn in the industry.
- 1–2 years experience with Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Professional, personable, and forward-thinking.
Bonus Experience:
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing and/or Creative Firm
- WordPress and Elementor
- Canva
- After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut Pro

Digital Marketing Specialist (Focus in Website Management)
Linden Digital Marketing is a growing agency focused on building dedicated partnerships with small to midsize businesses, helping them define their place in the digital world. We provide the opportunity to work anywhere in the world remotely.
About the Position:
You will be in charge of managing all aspects of front end web design for Linden’s clients. This includes migrating sites over to WordPress, and designing them to be functional, memorable and elevated. You will also make daily/weekly/monthly changes to the design of the websites according to client feedback and data backed recommendations to improve usability. You will make decisions to improve usability by incorporating expertise from past design successes.

Some of Your Specific Tasks as a Specialist:
- Collaborate with paid search, SEO, and strategy specialists to plan, build, and optimize client websites in support of key business initiatives.
- Meet with clients to learn more about their business, their goals, and their pain points with their current website and what they hope to achieve with a new website.
- Communicate frequently and clearly with clients, and manage timelines and meet project deadlines.
- You are expected to manage WordPress website projects from concept to launch and then oversee ongoing management. We don’t set and forget websites, but actively monitor the clients’ analytics and make recommendations on how to make their website better each month.
- Manage and mentor junior team members to make your position replicable to them as you move toward higher positions.
- Stay current on industry trends.
- Cross train with other specialists to encourage a marketing symbiosis between channels with all elements of their digital marketing environment.
Requirements:
- Strong Web Development skills with fluency in these languages:
- HTML
- CSS
- Javascript
- PHP (bonus, not required!)
- Strong WordPress experience, proficiency with Elementor is a plus.
- A background in UI/UX design and implementation.
- 2–5 years of Google Analytics experience, including reporting for clients and installation of Google Analytics on websites via Google Tag Manager.
- 2–5 years of experience working professionally at a digital marketing agency or at an internal digital marketing position with the role of website management.

Salary & Benefits:
- $60,000 annually with a clear track for advancement in 12 – 24 months.
